Purpose of the free Osteopathy telephone consultation
The purpose of the free Osteopathy telephone consultation is to help you understand whether or not Osteopathy is going to be useful to you or not.
This is because Osteopathy isn’t suitable for everyone & for every problem. Sometimes different forms of help are needed & this can include a visit to your doctor or A&E.
Call Phil today & book in your free telephone consultation. Together you can discuss how you can get you back on the road to recovery.

What happens during the call?
During the call Phil will ask you questions about whatever pain related problem you would like to discuss.
He will also ask about any recent accidents or reasons why you think you have this pain. Phil will also ask things like what makes the pain better or worse.
Please be sure to mention anything else that you think is relevant to the onset of pain.
If you are taking medication, then please have the names of them to hand. You will also need to talk about the conditions that you have the medication for. It may also be interesting to talk about any surgery that you have had.
Why is Phil being so generous?
Well that’s very nice of you to say so, thank you very much. There’s a very simple reason, nothing underhand & no trickery involved.
Phil genuinely wants as many people as possible to feel the benefits of Osteopathy (& Craniosacral Therapy). The benefits are numerous & you can read all about them. That’s it, nothing more.
Is it really free?
Yes, 100% free. All you need to do is respect that the call is taking my time and to make sure you are not busy when I call you back. That’s it, really, there’s no catch.
What if you need Osteopathy or Cranial Therapy, what next?
Once I’ve assessed whether you may benefit from either Osteopathy or Cranial Therapy, then we can arrange a time for you to come in and see either myself or Svetlana. Any further time either of us spend talking to you in our surgery will be charged at the current fee.

Free Osteopathic telephone consultations will take place at a time when Phil is available & not seeing patients.
You may need to be flexible with your time for this free call. Having said that, Phil will do his best to fit in with your schedule wherever possible.
Sometimes, he may be free for a chat if you call rather than book online, in which case the conversation can take place there & then. This cannot be guaranteed however.
